Fresh:

In season we bake a few types fresh every day, but there is no regular schedule as it depends also on demand and use. We have a messenger group for daily updates of availability and bigger changes in the range are also posted in our news-blog.

Frozen:

Most of our bakery products are available all the time for reheating. We freeze them straight after baking and you can reheat east in oven, pan or easiest in or on the toaster.
